It is a model 27Q and is 27 feet long. It will sleep 6 people. It is equipped with a motorized slide out (photo #17), oak finished cabinetry & doors (some cabinets have a mirror front), comfortable dining area (photos #6 & #7) that converts into a 2-person bed, enclosed shower stall (photos #14 & #15), three skylights with blinds, breakfast bar with two stools (photo #3), stove, oven, refrigerator, & microwave oven (photo #5), AM/ FM/ CD stereo system (photo #9), tinted windows, built-in water filtration, sofa sleeper (photo #4) that converts into a 2-person bed, sliding privacy doors to the master bedroom (photo #11), dual nightstands (photos ##12 & #13), double sinks w/ covers, air conditioner, outside shower, 50 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon black tank, 41 gallon grey tank, awning, spare tire, dual 30 lb. propane tanks (both have been topped-off with propane), and a lot of overall storage space. The hot water tank will work with both propane or electricity. The title is "clear" and is already notarized. The registration license plate is valid thru March of 2015.For what it is worth, the sales people told us this travel trailer was equipped with upgraded appliances, cabinetry, etc. We've had no reason to disagree with them...still, sales people often say such things...so take it for what you believe it's worth.
